Slow claims. Quasi-state insurance. I have stated for quite some time now, insurance companies are striving for a national catastrophe insurance program (QUASI-STATE INSURANCE). Basically, in my opinion, citing examples of National Flood Insurance Program written through FEMA, thats right, FEMA...private citizens will soon be forced into purchasing QUASI-STATE INSURANCE with NO legal redress. Allstate executives are actively PUSHING for same. CAVEAT EMPTOR
