The shame is the history of the Dept of Ins. and the former commissioners who betrayed the public's trust. Comm. Wooley did an excellent job of restoring confidence in the Dept. by insisting on the fair and ethical treatment of the consumer, the professional agent and the companies they served. I wish him well and hope his successor is dedicated to the job and to the public.
