The fact that lawyers won't take the smaller cases because it isn't worth their time is evidence of what low lifes they really are. I understand the need to make a profit and do better for yourself and your family. But to only take cases that will net the big dollars without considering the actual facts of the case, no matter how big or small, only contradicts their "sympathy for the poor, helpless individual" message they are always promoting.
