Yeah, that's what he said. ALL property policies.

That is, if State Farm and Allstate even stick around if this bill passes. How exactly is an insurance company supposed to prove the damage was flood if they're not allowed to use a water line or shifted foundation? That's what a flood does, makes a water line and shifts the foundation.
