Carroll Fisher's activities look like 'Babygate' messing by a toddler in comparison with some of the disturbing long term activities of International Medical Group and Sirius International Insurance. The insurance Commissioners in Indiana and Florida should follow the lead of the OK insurance commissioner, and restore confidence in the expat medical insurance segment of the market.
