The five samplings from Mark, Texas, Wild Bill, Hgal and Heman provide evidence that only one out of five has any actual knowledge of what is accurate and applicable.
Heman seems to have accurately identified the other four as competitors that are either misinformed or disingenuous in their respective criticism of Farmers.
Mark & Texas -- The great difference in the design of Farmer's new policy, as I see it, is not the coverage since most insurers' coverage is the same with minor twist to give each insurer a proprietary edge or market niche. It is the fact that the Farmers agent can actually, to a lesser or greater degree, design a basket of coverages that fit the needs of their client and their particular situation. I hesitate to use the word but this is "progressive" on Farmers part.
Hgal & Wild Bill – You might want to update yourselves on the final out come of the mold trial and the damages as determined and levied by the Appeals Court. As Heman pointed out someone had to fall on their sword to stop the onslaught of questionable claims and attorneys seeking their fortune on the back of the Texas Insurance Industry. Farmers was the only one of the major insurers that had the courage to do so.
