I agree with no dog owner. We have a Chow-Chow who's breed has been banned by insurance carriers as a dangerous dog. In Murphy's case this can't be further from the truth!!!!!!! She is gentle and loves people. BUT I would not put her in a position where she may bite...as would any other dog. I agree that it's bad owners NOT bad dogs.
