The State is being advised by it's risk manager to get to file a claim on the foundations policy for undervaluing it's collection? Neither entity paid premium which was the reason they didn't add the gun collection to the policy.I don't understand. What would keep all museums owned by the State but run by a foundation from undervaluing it's collection ? Even the State thinks the insurance co. is a cash cow!
