They are running Kinky Freidman for governor. His plan for handling illegal aliens is called, "The Five Generals". He will place 5 Mexican Generals along the Texas - Mexico border. Each General gets $10,000,000.00 in their bank account. Every illegal or dope dealer that gets across subtracts $25,000.00 from their stash. At the end of the year they get whatever is left. This won't work in the other 49 states but it will work in Texas.
Texas is a whole other country.
