Being a nurse practitioner and having worked in hospitals for 30 yrs, I know how busy and hected it can be under normal circumstances. But being in a hospital under those conditions can not be imagable. Instead of arresting these people they should being giving them medles for having the courage to stay behind and take care of their patients. No one ordered them to stay they did it because they knew they had too. The ones that need to be charged are the ones that left and the ones that did not send them aide. Why not charge the people that did not evacuate the city and the ones that did not enforce the law. The charges should be dropped and we should say "Thank you" for caring enough to stay.
