Do you think the Louisiana closed door session begin with anti-trust statement (similar to the following):

It is the policy of this trade association to comply in all respects with federal and state antitrust laws. With this in mind, we want to remind you that during these meetings, there are certain topics that can be discussed under antitrust laws and some that cannot. Because we want to avoid even the appearance of an antitrust violation, we go beyond the letter of the law. Therefore, we cannot allow discussion of any matter that not only violates the spirit of antitrust laws, but might be perceived as doing so.

Thus, it's permissible to comment and ask questions about the topic you'll hear today and, in fact, we encourage you to do so. However, you can't talk about:
1. present or future prices of products or services;
2. present or future sales terms and conditions, including 'credit terms, conditions, plans and policies;
3. treatment of any customer;
4. current or future business strategies, policies, intentions and/or marketing plans; or
5. refusing to deal with any customer, competitor or supplier.

This prohibition covers not only what might be said about your organization but anyone else in the insurance industry
