This is not even a drop in the bucket. There is so much fraud going on with these Katrina claims. And most of the time it is so hard to prove that we end up paying for lots of things that we should not pay for because the insured files complaints with the department of insurance or they get a lawyer to sue you and most companies rather settle the claim before having to go to court so they are paying for things that the insured probably did not even own.
