I have been in this service industry for many years and now see all the "bad characters" showing up all over! You know the ones that raped people on mortgage refinance's and new loans. Now they are trying to make another quick killing without any regard to the client's best interest.
If you are on the verge of bankruptcy then by all means try to use debt negotiations first! If all else fails then file bankruptcy.
If you are just ticked off at the credit card companies and don't want to pay outrageous interest rates then use a CCCS type company.
My company http://www.uscaonline.com will give you the full story and we back it up with a money back guarantee. This is not for everyone but it does work, you just need to know the risk involved and how to handle your case. Period!
