Mr. Hernandez is doing business as Universal Roofing and Contractor, LLC. License No. ABA 36067049K. Mr. Hernandez signed a contract with me in October, 2005 and promised to have my house ready in December. He has received over $30,000 from me and has done very poor workmanship. I had an inspector with the City to come and inspect my house and it did not pass the inspection. However, he is not willing to correct the work. He doesn't see anything wrong. He has breached the contract and I have not seen him since I brought this to his attention. He is very arrogant. I also have two other people he has done this to as well.
