The real victims in this are the people of alva. Doc Pinegar is still respected in this community for all the good that he has done, now we are without a resident doctor. We are renovating our hospital in the hope that it will help bring another doctor in. I think he should be sentenced to ten years community service providing health care for the residents of NW Oklahoma!
