Did this man have priors? Did he evince a major 'tude in the courtroom? Was he exposed as a perjurer? Were they angry because he would not cop a plea?

Serious, serious, major Enron crooks have fared better than this in Texas courts.

How much justice can you afford?

And yes, I particularly despise WC fakers and am suggesting that maybe we need to step up punishment on the white collar/boardroom crooks...not ignore the WC fraud.
