The employees left the post, because; they were told to. They were not doing any work, they are sub-contracted by UP. The crew was shut down; they did not just leave to go eat lunch. I worked with this company for over (20) years, when you are told to leave by UP because you are finished, what are you supposed to do? Absolutely no work was being done at the time of the wreck. I wonder, was the driver observing the speed limit? Why couldn't he stop in time? What were all of the facts? Instead of condemning people to "Blood on their hands" they should go to jail! People should know all of the facts first.
