Glad the flaggers didn't leave the crossing unguarded as first portrayed.
Why is the RR being sued when the grade crossing signals opperated properly?
Is it not the driver's resposibility to read and understand the advance signs, and slow his vehicle to a speed which would allow him to stop short of the grade crossing should the signals be operating (train coming or present)?
Did the RR do anything wrong at all?
Appears to me that the driver was entirely and solely responsible and at fault for her death.
