What if they moved the HomeOwners away from the areas where there are so few that want to return & build resorts so that they can get the Tourism Dollars back in their budgets?

They can make $ on the area when it's good & rebuild off the profits when it's washed away again!

They can lure everyone there with the Food, the Freaky Folks from the French Quarter & then give the Best Western style rooms for staying over!
