compasion doesn't belong in this forum so your tirade is moot. people want to be irresponsible and not have insurance then let them deal with the consequences. Nothing in this world could fix the extremely corrupt state of Louisiana and I mean nothing. Those people now without insurance will still sue someone when the next one hits, mark my words.
