Depending on where you live, your insurance could always be higher than somewhere else. It is the price you pay for where you live. Florida, California, NY, Hawaii- these are areas where KNOWN catastrophes can hit. The catastrophes WILL be excessive in cost and so premiums reflect that risk. What- we think carriers should pay high claims and take low premiums? How will they make money? Aren't we all in this to make money? If not, I'll go ahead and take your commissions and bonus checks now. Yeah, that's what I thought.
