I agree with you Cliff, if we lived in a perfect world. However, we don't and it is extremely rare to find a person to admit personal accountibility and/or responsibility in their actions (or the actions of their children) when they know full well that all they have to do is find an ambulance chaser and file a frivilous lawsuit against any deep pocket, role the dice and wait for a huge payout at the end (whether via a trial by jury or settling prior to trial).
