Governments are so efficient.
Now this state run property insurer never got around to "balancing the books" for 18 months, but whats the big deal?
They just need a constant infusion of our tax dollars to provide the "fairness" that companies that compete for our premium bucks ignore. Yeah. What was Adam Smith smokin?
