What felonies have you been convicted of. Obviously you have contempt for our legal system, hence my suggestion that you feel wrongly convicted in your past. Unless of course, your contempt is only based upon your employer not winning in court. Why is the legal system good for everyone but State Farm?

And why is your beloved State Farm so inconsistent. You suggest they don't deny all slab cases. If they don't deny all, then they would have to apply the concurrent causation clause to some and not to others. Again, when you have something factual come back. It is impossible to have a discussion with someone who only makes it us as he goes as you do. Lets recap according to David:

1) State Farm applies their struck down concurrent causation clause inconsistently, opening themselves up to even more punative damages.

2) This is an evil plot by Trent Lott. BTW, why no mention of Gene Taylor? is he not in teh conspiracy?

3) The fact that previous hurricanes did not have flood vs wind questions, means that the courts should have resolved the question before it was brought before them. I might also add there were questions brought up in FLA from an earlier hurricane about flood vs wind, valued policy, and concurrent causation but the legislature resolved the problem after the courts ruled.
