It is been almost two years since Katrina and many of the refugees are still in Houston and continue on the Federal dole.
What is the rush? The NoLa politicians need time to figured a way to get their cut from the billions the Feds are sending in as guarantees. NoLa may be re-built someday but little else there will change.
