Well, that's the name that Nagin chose & although he is definitely the biggest idiot, you can't blame anyone else for picking up the expression. I agree that the chocolate turned to mud & hasn't done much - but then again, it didn't do much before the storm either!

Oh, and for the developers that are going to build these high rise condo's... did you check to see what your requirements are for housing the government subsidized families? I think you shoudl re-think this effort & perhaps give to the rebuilding of their low income housing areas - so as not to mix the chocolates with the nuts!
