Looking at the industry Fast Track numbers, the reasoning is there to keep the minimum limits right where they are. The average property damage paid losses are well under today's minimum, and the average bodily injury paid claims, which includes claims with multiple injured parties, are, too.

Why risk taking the state's uninsured motorist levels higher than they already are?
