As usual nobody will admit the real problem. Plaintiff Attorney's!!! Also Louisiana has the highest threshold for a jury trial $50,000. Louisiana is also a direct action state unlike our bordering states who by the way have higher minimum limits and lower premiums.

Until the real issues are addressed Louisiana's high premiums and lack of new companies writing business will remain the same or potentially get even worse.
