That is NOT the issue here in Texas...not exactly sure where you are, but this systme is modeled after the system in Utah where the uninsured motoris rate is in the single digits and has been that way for over ten years. In Texas, the uninsured motorist rate was somewhere near 30-35% - so, if you ARE a claim manager.....maybe this will help make your job a little easier!
