This should nip some frivolous suits in the bud and save taxpayer dollars from having to defend them. It's pathetic how These money hungry jackals will attempt to equate anything and everything to malpractice. If they were so concerned about their loved ones they could have checked on them themselves. I'm sick of hearing about New Orleans. So far, it's sucked billions out of the economy with nothing to show for it. Put a fork in it already.......it's done. The people who are there can't support themselves and nobody with half a brain will relocate there. Are we waiting for another hurricane to make the point? There's no educational value in the second kick of a mule.
