You have plaintiffs' lawyers to thank for this mess. They've convinced jurors all over the U.S. that nursing homes are run by scum and that the elderly who reside there should live forever under "proper" care, and anything less is considered abuse, even the most inane element. You will see this cropping up more and more and not only in the nursing home business, but in any business. We're the laughing stock of the entire rest of the world for the manner in which we litigate.
