Thank Plaintiff's lawyers for the mess? Tell that to the Ganns whose mother was abused by the nursing home and wasnt able to get the nursing home to cover her medical expenses nor anything for the pain and agony she was put through.

Its not that nursing homes are run by scum but if abuse or neglect occurs, the owners should have to take responsibility for the actions of their business-- this is why we have mandatory liability insurance on cars, etc. Otherwise, you could not nor would not be able to be compensated for your losses from irresponsible people or bad drivers, much like some nursing home owners.
