what?! 90% of those home did not have insurance and yet, he wants the feds to help pay? that is my tax dollars going to someone who felt they did not want or need insurance -- and here's a good example of why!!! i tell, you, if they are going to put my tax dollars on someone's house, then at least allow me a lien against the owner...do like they do w/the car insurance - sr22!...you would think after hurrican katrina, they would have made sure about the insurance...
