I suggest every citizen is notified that you get what you give. If you choose to NOT buy auto insurance to protect other drivers WHEN you hit them, you GET exactly what you WOULD have paid the other party. THEN, you will see people all buy insurance. I DARE any State to try such an arrangement but most constitutions would need to be changed to remove the guaranteed upside for ambulance chaser attorneys. They would NEVER let that happen because they have "our" best interests in mind. (and their wallets)
