I concur w/all especially Wes and AZInsman. A person's right to recover should be in proportion to their ability to protect those they might injure/damage. Society's "rules" are that you must have insurance or some form of financial responsibility to drive a vehicle. There needs to be a zero tolerance policy on this. No insurance......impound and sell the vehicle to offset the damages caused. Driving is a priviledge and with that comes a responsibility to be able to pay for accidents you cause. Can't afford insurance? Too bad. Then don't drive. Maybe that would provide the incentive to get a job.
