1: what a tragedy for the families of those injured or killed
2: Criminal charges are warranted
3: The state might now pay for the cost of medical care unless the injured had major med coverage without exclusions for auto injuries if they had any other coverage at all - maybe their own personal auto will step up under UM/UIM covg?
4: Bet this bus company submitted the lowest bid for the trip
