i like what you said and the only other thing as an insurance company - make them sign the document stating that they have read and understood, even sign a recommended coverage with a declining side to it. this will show the courts and the insured that they were offered but declined to protect themselves any further. this will show that they are wanted to bleed off the federal and state money along with suing the insurance company for not providing them proper coverage.
