I was injured on 11/04/2007 in little rock,ar. I was a truck driver for Transco Lines Inc of Russellville,ar. I fell from my truck hitting my head, neck and back. I was sent to doctors that only ran test never was treated for my injury. I last saw Dr. Sharon Meador in Conway,Ar on 2/24/07 on or about that date. Due to being treated as quote "YOUR WORKER'S COMP" that would put me in rage as I would not be treated like someone who was not worker's comp. As Dr. Meador made me leave her office when I wanted my wife to be in the exam room with me. She stated that when your worker's comp you can't have anyone in the exam room with you. I asked if I was not worker's comp could I have my wife in the exam room she stated YES. I was them put back to full duty by her. I then went to take my D.O.T. exam to drive and Transco Lines own doctor stated I was unfit to drive. I the went to get my SSI on about 6/20/08 and then got a call from SSI that I would get my first check about 8/12/08 that was on about 7/29/08. I have never heard of anyone getting SSI in less than 40 days. But Dr. Meadors said there was not anything wrong with me.
