you can look in the Southwest archives below and read how they used this "Profiling" / "trade secret" to steal from their own agents in a very unjust manner for years. In 2007 American National Multiline Agents rebeled against management and this legal way to steal was stopped, but not before many individuals that thought this company offered a great opportunity were financially raked over the coals.
