Let's see - the deadliest hurricane other than Katrina hit Galveston, and Katrina with the immense flooding issues was just three years ago - and the idiots running the Galveston schools say, gee, we thought wind was the problem?

Give me a break!! These are the same people who will whine for a national catastrophe plan, never conceding for a moment that having a city on an island in the Gulf is simply a bad idea...
