Let's get one thing straight. This program was made to BAIL OUT all those who did not have insurance, white and black alike. So yes it should be distrubitued equally among the applicants. Let's not get racist and say it's unfair for African Americans to request what was offered to them just because the White American's have already received their aid and have their homes. If you want to comment, say neither party should get assistance since neither party had coverage for their homes. It's about being equal. Don't give others more due to race. That's the point. So while all of you are on here commenting about African Americans requesting the same, comment on how your White American's had no problem at all requesting funds as well, which all American's are paying for.
