1) that Oklahoma has the 5th highest WC Loss Ratio of all NCCI states,(even though AR has an administrative vs judicual system with the 2nd lowest combined WC loss ratio.)

2) that Indemnity Average Claim costs are > 3X as much when an attorney is involved,
and
3)that for the each of the past 5 years the % of OK WC Claims with attorney involvment have been > 2X what they have been for ALL other NCCI states (and that includes both coasts!!!!),

maybe they'd be more supportive of WC Reform.

But even with a Republican majority in both houses, Our ex-lawyer/governor, his buddies in the Bar Assoc. and our liberal judges will do all they can to sabotage all reform efforts despite how badly it hurts all Oklahomans.

Don't trust me, those are all NCCI stat.s availalbe at NCCI.com.
