Since there are many people in Arkansas that are self employed. It's difficult to find jobs in my county, for instance, and many are doing whatever they can find to earn money.

Since Arkansas does not provide Medicaid to those without children that are between the ages of 18 and 64, no matter how poor they are, there is a large group of people that is going without basic health care.
