It's encouraging to see that some business-friendly reform may be on the Oklahoma horizon but as long our governor is alligned with the trial lawyers, he'll veto anything that doesn't feed their favorite "cash cow", frivolous law suits.

OK has 2X the national average WC litigation rate, exponentially higher than EVERY bordering state......

Once he's term-limited out in 2 years the voice of reason may have a fighting chance.
Until then, it's going to continue to be futile, like every other attempt at Lawsuit, Tax or WC Reform that have been squelched in the past....
