I Was working a renewal one night and they called the office. I used all the info on my client (changed the name to protect the innocent) and was AGOG with the amount they wanted RIGHT NOW to issue an extended warranty! They would break it up over a year in easy payments of about $350/month....for a year....and would even bill my credit card monthly.

Needless to say, I did NOT buy the coverage.....but, sure wasted a bit of their time having some fun with them!
