It seems to me that the WV workers comp division needs hire more investigators to make sure all of the claims are true. I am a small business owner/manager, and I have seen numerous cases of fraudulant claims. Someone can simply pull a muscle in their leg and somehow milk it for months upon months to continue to get paid. I'm ashamed to say that I have 2 relatives that have been on workers compesation for years, but I'm afraid to say anything because I want my daughter to have a grandmother in her life. So I guess I'll just set back and watch her(my mother in law) keep lying, cheating, and stealing from workers comp. It makes me angry because I can barely afford insurance for my daughter because of people like that.

By the way, my mother in law has 2 cars, a jeep and a nice firebird. I new Harley Davidson V-Rod, a new swimming pool, a new pond in her back yard, and a new 2 car garage. A woman with a back that supposably hurts so bad she cant work, sure does have alot of toys huh? ALL THANKS TO WORKERS COMP.
