Take note that the increase in assessments (actually a tax) to 6% of premium for one year and 10% of premium in the aggregate is on all property and casualty insurance lines with the exception of workers' compensation. So the effect is that all p & c lines with the exception of workers' compensation will be subsidizing the homeowners' market in the event of a hurricane.
