The insurance contract calls for the deductible to apply per loss. How can you change the contract after the losses. I sustained wind losses in KY on 09/06 and 09/13 and paid two seperate $1500 deductibles. Do you think the company should change the contract after the losses? I think not. Why not change the deductibles to zero & start bankrupting some of the companies.
