This case had been seen as one of the greatest abuses of Trial Lawyers in collusion with Judges in Mississippi. I think St. Paul felt all along they could win this at the Supreme Court level where thankfully in Mississippi you now have Supreme Court Judges who truly are fair and not in bed with the trial lawyers.
