You did not indicate where the property is located so it is hard to refer you to an agent. It is also possible that you will be eligible for coverage with a real insurance company which is definetly in your favor. should be considerably cheaper and better coverage. There are still several companies writing in certain parts of the state, but there is many factors that will determine if you are eligible.
What county is it in, what is the age of the home, will you reside in it full time or seasonal, is it in a park, subdivision, or on private property or acreage. This info will help determine if you can get insurance thru a real company.
